Adoptive Parent Information

AUI will consider any loving prospective adoptive parent(s) between the ages of 25 and 58 years of age.


California Residents:

AUI is licensed in the counties of San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, Ventura, Kern, Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego and Imperial. Your homestudy for our programs must be completed by AUI or a homestudy review must be completed.


Out of State / Out of Area Residents:

You will work with an agency in your state for your homestudy. The agency must be licensed. A copy of their license must be sent to us along with your homestudy for review.


U.S. Citizens Posted Abroad & Military:

Adoption services are provided to military personnel in Southern California, out-of-state, and overseas.
