Foster Child Adoption
Foster/adoption is adopting one of the over 400,000 children in the U.S. foster care system. These children have entered the foster care system for a variety of reasons and over a quarter of them can never return to their family of origin. These kids need a loving and nurturing permanent family to give them the security and love all children deserve.
Foster/adoptions are handled through your state or county's Department of Children and Families and/or by a private agency that works directly with the state. Please click here for more information on foster/adoption from the DCF web site in your state.
