OCDF offers a wide range of services to adoptive families with children from China. There is a quarterly newsletter for parents, a quarterly full-color magazine for children focusing on Chinese culture, annual culture tour programs for adoptive families, and an online catalog. Listserv for single parents with children adopted from China as well as participants in OCDF programs and events. Preadoptive families are also welcome to share their questions and concerns about adopting from China. They ask that the conversations online be restricted to adoption from China and Chinese cultural and resource information.

This is the only state wide volunteer umbrella registry and support group with state-specific info on how to approach it, along with info specific to all PA counties. Post-adopt-china (PAC) currently has 1485 subscribers, most of whom have already been to China and returned with their child. It provides information to parents for dealing with the paperwork after returning (including readoption if so chosen), INS, social security,etc. It also serves to help parents keep up to date on cultural events in their area, directly related to adopting from China or their child's Chinese heritage.
