Description: Valencia was admitted to Notre Maison Orphanage in Port au Prince on 09/29/2007. She was found abandoned in front of the gate at Notre Maison with her Birth Certificate. She is both physically and mentally handicapped and uses a wheelchair. Valencia smiles when she is spoken to, laughs and cries but has no speech. She is toilet trained. She has some medical records, no family history and no visitors. HIV and TB negative.
