Physically handicapped (Cerebral Palsy) but mentally normal. Natalie is so cheerful and responsive. She absolutely loves people! She is more often seen smiling and laughing than the opposite. Natalie is a delight to be around! She doesn't speak but understands Haitian Creole and English. Natalie can add and subtract by showing you the answer with her fingers. Natalie is intelligent but communication is difficult for her. She uses a wheelchair and can also walk with the help of a walker and AFDs on both legs.
