Her family used to come and visit her but now they have stopped. Roseline was issued a passport and visa and spent one year in the USA at a teaching hospital in Florida. She is a very sweet girl with a pleasant smile on her face. She does not speak and is in a wheelchair. She is mentally handicapped and has Cerebral Palsy. She also has a club foot.
