Gender: Boy Age: 12 Country: Haiti Description: Joseph was abandon at the Haiti University Educational Hospital and was admitted to Notre Maison orphanage in Port au Prince on 06/15/2007. He is blind and both mentally and physically handicapped. Joseph is a happy boy and laughs when you play with him. He can mimic people that he hears outside the gates of the compound, but curiously, doesn't mimic the people he hears inside the compound. He has medical records and is HIV negative.
