Gender: Girl Age: 10 Country: Haiti Description: Olguie was admitted to Notre Maison orphanage in Port au Prince on 05/10/2004 by her mother. Her parents do come to visit regularly (once a month). Information about them is on file. Olguie was severely malnourished upon arrival and wasn't walking . After being fed and receiving physical therapy she is doing well physically. Olguie is mentally handicapped. She says "mama" but most of her words are jumbled. She feeds herself and uses the bathroom independently. She has medical records and is HIV and TB negative.
