Description: William has been nicknamed "Jacky" by the staff at the Creche. He was found in front of the orphanage with some paperwork. He was admitted to St. Joseph's Creche in Port au Prince on 11/19/2004.

Jacky is mildly mentally impaired and does not talk. He is healthy physically. Jacky is a very pleasant child and easy to be around. Plays well with the others kids.

He has medical records and is HIV and TB negative. No visitors.
