Gender: Girl Age: 2 Country: Haiti Description: Christina was brought to IBESR by her mother. She was then admitted to Notre Maison Orphanage in Port au Prince on 03/31/2009. Christina is Hydrocephalic. The orphanage director took Christina in for a CT scan. She was told that Christina's condition could not be helped with a shunt and that she will probably die young. A second opinion and medical intervention is necessary at this point. Christina does not walk or talk. She was clapping her hands for the photo, very sweet little girl!
