Main Line Adoption Counseling Services
Welcome! I am Dawn Connors, an adoption-competent therapist that will help you gain practical skills and solutions to cope with life long challenges associated with adoption. I work with adopted persons, adoptive parents, birth parents, birth grandparents and pre-adoptive parents. I possess the skills to assess when challenges are directly related to adoption, when they are normal developmental issues and when they are more serious mental health disorders. As an adoptive parent and sibling to an adopted person, I understand the life long journey of adoption and all the joys and challenges it brings.
