Alana
Alana resides on Long Island with her remarkable husband Michael and wonderful son Isaac. She works at a local community center, where she directs a program that provides services for older adults in the community. She loves that her job gives her the opportunity to help people every day. Alana enjoys writing, and has written on a variety of topics including pregnancy loss, adoption, aging, and bereavement. She and her family are excited (and also a bit nervous) to be pursuing adoption to grow their family. They are looking forward to connecting with an expectant mom and welcoming a new baby to their home.
